We’re delighted to share two new resources for in-house recruitment, HR and Volunteer Management teams: The Hireserve Guides to Employee Volunteering.
Who are the guides for?
There are two for you to choose from. We have created one guide for voluntary organisations who want to form a partnership with local businesses and want to attract, engage and retain employee volunteers.
The other has been written for businesses who want to embed a sustainable EVS (Employee Volunteering Scheme), support their staff to volunteer and enhance their CSR.
In both guides, you’ll learn:
