Head of Customer Success

Emma is responsible for developing and delivering the organisation’s Customer Success strategy, working closely with colleagues across the Marketing & Comms and Services teams.

Outside of the office, Emma has a busy family life with two boys who seem to have a better social life than she does! Emma also puts her communication skills to good use by volunteering as a Cub Scout Leader with her local Scout Group.
